Position Summary:
We are looking for a client-first fitness professional who wants to work full-time in a growth-oriented environment. This is a hands-on coaching position that will allow the right person to work full-time with clients one on one in our private studio space under the close mentorship of master trainers. Our in-house training program will help groom the right person for a successful and fulfilling career in the fitness industry. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, growth-oriented, likes to win, and most importantly wants to help others through their work.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conducting one on one training sessions with private clients in our studio space in accordance with our training system.
- Providing wrap-around support to clients through our training software.
- Successfully close sales consultations with new clients. (Don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
- Participate in our master trainer mentorship program to help grow your career.
- Build your professional network to make sure your schedule is always full.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year working in the fitness industry.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be invested in creating a full-time career in the fitness industry.
- Must live our core values of leading with relationship, communication, extreme ownership, and living with a growth mindset.
Compensation
- This is a contracted position with a paid training period.
- After training, trainers will be paid a combination of base salary and performance-based salary.
- Base salary + performance-based compensation and sales commissions with the opportunity to grow.
